The Evans Family Reserve range is a proprietary vatting of our finest single malt finished in
select casks. We are delighted to present this limited expression finished in Burrowing Owl Coruja casks.

Tasting Notes:

On the nose a wave of fruit breaks over you, deep, rich berries topped off with a hint of tropical notes. An undertow of clove brings a whisper of mulled wine. On the palate there are notes of orange and almond, with a butterscotch sweetness underpinned by baking spices. The finish is long, strawberries with black pepper, dark chocolate fudge with a hint of salt, sage and oregano.
